Repair Warrenty Conditions

Only specifically stated 1:1 NAILMYBODY pieces are eligible for our lifetime repair warranty, provided the garment or accessory is in a repairable condition. Any items deemed irreparable may not be accepted for repair. If you believe your piece requires repair, please contact me via email at andreudlgene@gmail.com so we can discuss a suitable solution.

While the repair service itself is offered free of charge, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees, including both dispatch and return costs.
